It;s amazing how many people just "can't find the time" for Lishi, yet once they manage to give priority to Lishi for one or two hours a week, they have more energy and a better sense of perspective. They can plan their lives and set priorities so they don' t have so much stress. Petty niggles lose their power to affect them and they can deal more calmly with whatever life throws at them.
